"These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and TCPartsDirect, LLC (doing business as "TCPartsDirect", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TCPartsDirect mobile application."

1. Information We Collect: To provide the TCPartsDirect marketplace services, we collect the following types of information:

Account Data: Name, business name, email address, and phone number when you register as a Buyer, Yard, or Driver.
Device & Camera Data: We request camera access strictly to allow Mechanics to scan VIN barcodes and for Yards/Drivers to upload photos of automotive parts and delivery proof. We do not access your camera without explicit permission.
Transaction Data: We facilitate payments through a secure third-party processor (Stripe). TCPartsDirect does not directly store your full credit card numbers or bank account details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To connect Mechanics with Auto Yards for part fulfillment.
To dispatch and track Hotshot Drivers for delivery logistics.
To send critical platform alerts (e.g., push notifications for part bounties and delivery updates).

3. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party infrastructure partners, including:

Stripe: For secure payment processing and payout routing.
Supabase: For secure cloud database hosting and user authentication.

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To request data deletion, please contact us at [agonzalez@tcpartsdirect.com], and your account will be permanently wiped from our active databases within 30 days.
