"Terms of Service"

"These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and TCPartsDirect, LLC (doing business as "TCPartsDirect", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TCPartsDirect mobile application."

1. The Platform TCPartsDirect is a technology platform that connects automotive repair shops (Buyers), auto salvage yards (Yards), and independent logistics drivers (Drivers). TCPartsDirect does not own, inventory, inspect, or guarantee any of the auto parts sold through the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• Yards: Must accurately represent the condition, price, and availability of all parts listed or fulfilled via bounties.

• Buyers: Are responsible for verifying part compatibility (e.g., matching VINs) before authorizing a secure payment.

• Drivers: Act as independent contractors and are responsible for safely transporting the part from the Yard to the Buyer and providing photographic proof of delivery.

3. Payments & Platform Fees All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a part, Buyers agree to pay the listed part price, the calculated delivery fee (if applicable), and a standard TCPartsDirect platform fee. Payments are authorized immediately upon accepting a part bounty or initiating a warehouse checkout.

4. Disputes and Refunds Because TCPartsDirect is a marketplace facilitator, any disputes regarding part quality, defects, or incorrect items must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Yard. TCPartsDirect platform fees and completed delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Account Termination TCPartsDirect reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that engages in fraudulent activity, misrepresents inventory, or violates these Terms of Service.
